Some MaMa and PaPa time

The kids went down the hill to stay with MaMa and PaPa last night. They had a couple of items on their summer bucket list that could only be accomplished there.

First Mom sent me this pic last night asking if I bathe my child....ha! That's my 4 year old :)
So, the items on the bucket list were to swim at Hardscrabble and to play golf at Hardscrabble (it's a country club).
Sno cone break!
Time for a little golf.

Nice form T-Man!

It sounds like the girls golfed a couple of holes, then went back to swim. I'm sure T played the entire course. They are being driven home to me now--can't wait!!

Embroidery fun!

I've really started to get into the embroidery thing.  I really enjoy creating super sweet and personalized items. I'm learning more and more each time I use it, but here's the things I did last week.

For a friend who just had a baby girl:

For a sweet little girl who will be in kindergarten very soon! I also made one of these for sweet Nila, Anniston's BFF.
Then I made this for A after she saw the one I made for her friend
So excited to meet Tage's baby brother, who remains nameless as of now! (No head starts on his baby gift--ha!!)
For Anniston's friend on her birthday.
...and this is next! Thinking if doing this on a black shirt with red and white thread, and the starbursts will have heat pressed bling on the ends--fun!!
I've also made some baby onesies for my cousins baby, Harlan. I'm hoping Meredith will send me pics of him in it as he gets big enough to wear them since I forgot to take "before" pics.

Here's my kids in their matching crab swimsuits. T's has a bow tie, and the girls' has a bow--so fun!

Now you can see her crab. They also have lime green gingham swimsuits--girls' have flip flops, T's has a surfboard.
A dress for A

Wedding Weekend!

Jerry's brother, Matt got married back in June.  We were in Fort Smith for the weekend.  We stayed with MaMa and PaPa A) to stay out of Nanny and PawPaw's way B) They took care of Brecken while we had luncheon's, rehearsal dinners, and receptions to attend!

The boys all golfed on Friday morning at the country club.  Treyson was in heaven!  So much so that his PaPa got him an early birthday present that same day....his own set of golf clubs! HA!
Mommy and Anniston heading out to the bridesmaids luncheon

 Anniston and cousin Kinley

 Emmy with her flower girls!
Saturday morning....Great Aunt Keva did her hair for the wedding, and did an awesome job!
 Kinley getting her curls going!
Keva knows how to win over my girl!  She gave her a smart tablet with a movie playing on it!

 Kinley and Tracey
Ready to go!  Curls were left pinned up since pictures weren't for 2 more hours :)
Handsome little guy in his tux!
 Beautiful flower girl :)
After pictures at the church and before the wedding, we headed over to MeMaMa's house for some relaxing time (and for me to feed B).  MeMaMa snuck in a few snuggles before I had to get back to the church :) Precious memories!

Splash Pad Fun!

I think I've earned the title..."Laziest Maternity Leave Blog Poster EVER"

I could have been doing an entry per day.....but instead, I've been enjoying these kiddos!  When I'm not with them (or they're napping), I'm snuggling that Brecken and trying to soak up every bit of sweetness that I can :)  There's something about Miss Brecken--I just can't get enough of her!  I enjoyed my first two babies, believe me.  I think it's that I now know that I won't ever do this again, and I'm truly enjoying every little bit of time I have with her.

Ok....now you know why I've stunk at blogging.  But the big kids are upstairs playing, B is sleeping, and the housecleaner was here yesterday....so no excuses--time to blog!

We went to the water park FOREVER ago.  The kids LOVED it!  Another item marked off the bucket list! :)

B slept through the first half of the splash pad time :)

Dancing!  Love this :)

Guess who woke up!! The many faces of sweet baby B!

PaPa sent us home with some watermelon, so we sliced it and took it out to the splash pad for a refreshing snack-yum!

When this girl fusses if she's held, just lay her down and she's good to go!  She's not as much of a snuggler as my first two.  She loves to just stretch out!
