Go Hogs!
We gathered up our troops for the Tulsa game this past Saturday. For November, the weather was AMAZING! We had a really good time! I had to get a picture of this....Anniston loves to hold Treyson's hand, particularly in the car....so sweet!

Anniston in her "bling" Razorback shirt! This was made by a lady I know from church...she'll "bling" anything. And it washes so well. Mommy even has a matching shirt! http://www.iblingit.com/index.htm
Treyson in his jersey. He started to get hot, so when we went to the "A" Club for half-time, we stripped his jeans off and let him wiggle on the floor a bit. He was so happy getting to stretch out and cool off!
Anniston gave high-five to EVERY PLAYER after the game. She held her hand out, and thought that she was big time doing it!!

Halloween!!
What a great day! This is the first year we actually asked Anniston what she wanted to be for Halloween (mainly because she didn't have enough of a vocabulary last year to tell us). She knew right away that she wanted to be a princess, and decided on Snow White about 30 seconds later!! Here's a couple of pictures outside of MaMa and PaPa's house...the most beautiful Snow White I've ever seen!! Treyson was a pumpkin....all of the cute newborn costumes are either too big or very bulky. He didn't seem to mind, though!

MeMaMa with 3 of her 4 great grandkids! (I should say 4 out of 5 because Aunt Mel was sitting in the room with #5 in her belly...YAY can't wait until April!!)
Then we headed over to Great Grandma's house....we were her first trick-or-treaters of the night!!
What a fun night we had! Treyson was starting to fall asleep, so Mommy took him home while Dadoo and Nanny took Anniston trick-or-treating around the block. She got lots of candy inside her "Princess Halloween Bucket". She had an absolute blast, and kept telling Nanny, "I'm so excited!!" Don't you just love the pure joy and innocense of toddlers?
San Antonio, TX
BEWARE: THIS IS AN EXTREMELY LONG POST!!! (what can I say....Treyson has been napping for 3 hours. What else am I to do....unpack? laundry? clean? nah!

...some day when she's old enough to realize how embarassing this is, I'll have to remove it....but until then!

On Monday we went to downtown San Antonio to see the Riverwalk and tour the Alamo. We rode the boat on the Riverwalk, then had dinner on the river at the first Mexican Restaurant established there. It was quite tasty (and so were the margaritas and wine!)

We took our first family vacation with Treyson this past week. It was a fun and fast time. Treyson was a great flyer, and Anniston is a pro at flying now and really thought that flying through clouds was so funny! We flew out of Fort Smith Sunday morning, and landed in San Antonio around 2. We rented a car, checked into the hotel, changed into shorts, and off we went to Seaworld. Anniston LOVED, LOVED, LOVED Seaworld....particularly Shamu. There are several pictures coming, so enjoy!

Anniston's face was priceless throughout the show. It started the first time Shamu jumped out of the water, and never really went away. Here's a few pics we got after the first Shamu show (can you tell we missed our nap??).

And some pictures from the second show....again, she just can't believe what she's seeing!! Too cute! She also clapped along with the crowd (notice Treyson snoozing in Dadoo's arms throughout the excitement!).
We wateched a Sea Lion show, then went to watch them swim up close. Dadoo gave us money to buy fish to feed the Sea Lions. Anniston wasn't sure at first, and Mommy had to feed one. She thought that was hilarious, and she fed the rest all by herself and wanted to buy more!

We were hungry, so we decided to eat some dinner. Anniston hadn't had a nap all day (as you can tell from her face in some of the pictures), and said she wanted chocolate for dinner. Since it was vacation and we didn't feel like arguing with a nap-less two year old, we let her eat a Shamu bar for dinner....and boy was she excited! After she saw Mommy's pizza, she decided she needed to eat HALF of that too!!
We've been telling everybody that our daughter is a dare-devil, and isn't scared of anything. Here's Anniston and Dadoo on the water ride....
JUST KIDDING!!! She was too short to ride ANY rides (very disappointing). But she was loving watching all of the boats go down the shoot and had Jerry hold her close enough to get splashed.
Good times at the hotel
On Tuesday we drove to Austin, with a stop at the San Marcos outlet mall--fabulous! The kids and Mommy did their own thing on Wednesday while Dadoo had to work. On Thursday morning, we drove back to San Antonio to catch our flight home. Definitely a fast vacation, but so much fun!

Pumpkin Carving
Well, Anniston and Dadoo carved their first pumpkin together this evening. Anniston was so excited...although she didn't really know what to expect.
She was very clean about digging out the "guts" with a spoon, until she realized that we were going to let her get messy with her hands--then she was all over digging in!

Here's the pumpkin and the two proud carvers!
We put a candle in it and took it outside to show off...spooky, huh?
