A little catch-up

We haven't been up to a whole bunch around here....just school, putting together a nursery, growing a baby.....you know!

Here's a picture of Anniston reading Treyson a bedtime story.  I LOVE that she is so proud to read to him, and I love that he's patient enough to let her read to him :)
This was my electric drill bit incident that took place a few weeks ago.  Jerry and were hanging the curtains in the nursery (well, I was overseeing, and Jerry was hanging them!).  The engineer in him measures, re-measures, and gets everything so precise before he ever gets the drill near the wall.  He had set the drill on top of the crib, and was getting ready to climb up the step-stool.  On his way up, he bumped the side of the crib, and the drill came tumbling down.  I did a little jive trying to dodge getting hit, but the drill managed to bounce into my ankle, leaving a nice mark of a Philips head drill bit right above my ankle bone.  It hit the bone, which brought me to my knees crying (it hurts, in case you've never experienced this).  The next day, I had to go in and get a tetanus shot (boo), but at least now I'm covered for any more incidents like this (hopefully not) for the next 10 years!

I have been documenting the progress of our LB3's nursery.  I will do a blog post on it whenever it's complete.  It's (obviously) gender neutral, but I love the simplicity of the material and colors.
Jerry went skiing last Wednesday through Monday. Anniston drew him a picture and a little note.  She left this under his pillow in an envelope.  She also put money from her "share with others" envelope and shared with Dadoo....sweet girl!
Dadoo's first night to be home....the kids were so excited for Dadoo to read them their bedtime stories
Mommy at 32 weeks.  I look like I stuffed a ball under my shirt from the side.  Jerry says I don't look different from the back.....I keep telling him that he has to say that because he's my husband.....Needless to say, I'm not taking any pics of my hiney "just because"! HA!

This little baby is being quite the little stinker.  Braxton Hicks contractions have gotten out of control.  My stomach goes completely hard any time I stand up, which is quite uncomfortable.  However, I went to the doctor today, and the contractions aren't producing any signs of labor, so I'm in the clear.  I'm choosing to take it easy when I'm home and on non-work days (I currently work 3 days per week).  I've had to give up my job as "Kindergarten Copy Mom" because the standing for 45 minutes to an hour gets to be very difficult.  This absolutely breaks my heart.  I love being up at Anniston's school, and she loves it when I go up there to volunteer.

We have also decided on our baby names--YAY!  We have a girl name picked out and a boy name, which is better than the last time we went to the hospital--We were unsuccessful with agreeing on a girl name....thank goodness the baby came out a "HE"!

There are several reasons why I think I'm having a boy, and several reasons I think I'm having a girl....we'll see!  Deep down, I think it's a boy :)
